About Us
Motto: Our goal is not to sell the most product, it is to touch the most hearts.
The Whisper Works, Inc. is located in Loveland,
Colorado and was first imagined in the spring of 1999. The company
was founded on the premise of being a positive forum for encouragement,
inspiration and appreciation. The Whisper Works, Inc. wishes to
espouse virtues and values, family loyalty, love of country, a strong
work ethic, and an acceptance of one another's unique differences
and talents through "the message". Even the name of the company,
"The Whisper Works", encourages the efforts of all involved.
The
message is the focus of the company and will be offered in many
forms; poems, prayers, descriptive phrases, quotable quotes, scripture,
humor, fantasy and short stories and this message will be printed
in the hang tag of our creations. The Whisper Works, Inc. has designed
our own, unique collection of plush. As you may have heard, "The
eyes are the windows to the soul!" One of our trademarks is our
critters eyebrows. We know that emotion is shown in expression,
and expression is shown in the face and eyes, so we have spent much
time and effort in the creative process attempting to give our critters
a unique personality and appearance. So please, enjoy our product,
as well as our message. But remember, if our customers decide to
trade and collect baseballs in a few years instead of plush, we
can put our positive messages on baseballs and still continue on
our mission. Our company is not just about plush, we are about human
nature, family, tradition and society.
With the message being our
focus, you can understand why our marketing strategy is also unique.
Typically, a company representative approaches a retail chain and
encourages the New Products Manager to sell their brand of items.
Once agreed to, this retail chain selects a quantity of items from
the new company's catalog to sell. We at The Whisper Works will
offer our catalog to retail outlets, but they must "choose" only
one series to sell. Our clients are usually perplexed and ask why
they must register for only one creation series, when they love
all the series and want to offer everything to their customers.
Our strategy is to give this merchant an exclusive on one of our
special collections to be offered in his nationwide stores, and
then we can offer another unique creation to the next large retail
chain, and still another to "Mr. Market Stores" that are located
every home town neighborhood. Stores don't want to sell what everyone
else has, but every chain may have many customers that are loyal
to only their stores. When The Whisper Works offers only one creation
series per outlet, every merchant in the area has the opportunity
to sell something unique, and we have the opportunity to "touch
the most hearts" by offering our positive and inspirational product
to every customer on the block, in every city and small town in
America!
Then we go one step further. We tell our merchants to encourage
their customers, who love The Whisper Works series, to check out
the store down the street that is offering a different creative
series. This will instill a feeling of good will with the customer;
the merchants on the block may begin to see increased traffic and
could find new customers returning to their store for other shopping
needs. Together, we have helped to "create a sense of community,
not competition", a unique idea, but one that truly works and benefits
everyone!
The Whisper Works would like you to experience a smile
